One-Minute Mindful Reset for Remote Workers

One-Minute Mindful Reset

Remote work can pull you into long stretches of stillness without noticing. Your shoulders rise, your breath tightens, and your focus slips. A one-minute mindful reset breaks that pattern. It brings you back into your body, steadies your breath, and gives your mind a clean starting point before you continue your day.

Step 1

Stand up. Let your shoulders drop. Feel your feet settle into the floor.

Step 2

Take a slow breath in. Hold for a moment. Let it out without force.

Step 3

Take three small steps. Notice your heel touch first, then your toes.
Let your arms swing in a calm rhythm.

Step 4

Take another breath. Feel your ribs move. Feel your back soften.

Step 5

Turn around. Take three more steps. Keep your attention on your feet, your breath, and your pace.

Step 6

Pause for a moment at the end.
Notice any shift in your body. Maybe less tension in your neck. Maybe a calmer breath. Maybe a clearer head.

That’s it. One minute.
Use it any time your body feels heavy or your focus slips.
